Rentals, 1985
Rick heads rentals, sales, and purchasing for the
company. He deals directly with customers and vendors
assuring the ultimate in personalized service. In
addition, he personally attends all on-site
inspections and client consultations, utilizing
twenty-five years of industry experience to assist
customers in designing the ultimate event.
Dean Olsen, Partner and Vice President of
American Party Tent Rentals, 1987
Dean heads warehousing, field operations, and
field-crew supervision. He personally handles
equipment maintenance, event set-ups, job scheduling,
and crew education and management.

Barbara Howe Amendola, Secretary/Treasurer,
American Party Tent Rentals, 1999
Barbara directs company protocol and manages office
operations. She handles customer sales, service and
contracts; event planning & scheduling; human
resources; marketing, advertising and creative
design. Barbara has combined thirty years of
experience in retail management, human resources, and
hospitality to guide the process.
Kelly Henderson,
Crew Chief, 2002
Joining
our
team in 2002, Kelly has proven to
be a major asset to our operation. Ready, willing and
able, Kelly is always there with a winning smile and a
helping hand. He is a seasoned tent installer and
driver, and was promoted to Crew Chief in 2007. He
supervises the crew on job installations, works
closely with management, and keeps a keen eye on
quality control. Kelly is an integral member of our
team. Rain or shine, Kelly is on the job to help
ensure a successful set-up. We thank you, Kelly!
Dustin
Olsen,
Tent Installer, 2002
Dustin worked part-time in the business while
attending high school and successfully competing in
state wrestling competitions. He took a while off
while pursuing school and work in Charleston. Now
while attending college locally, Dustin is back as a
vital member of our team. Young, strong and
energetic, Dustin is a much appreciated member of our
"tent family", and a pleasure to have around. It’s
good to have you back, Dustin!
Timothy Ward,
Tent Installer, 2003
Tim
joined our "family" in autumn of 2003. A jack of
all trades, Tim came to us as a well-needed addition
to our operation. In addition to installing tents and
equipment, Tim is a company driver and mechanic who
helps to keep our equipment in tip-top shape. Always
available with a smile to share and a story to tell,
he is a unique and key member of our team and We
value you, Tim!
Matt Bradley,
Tent
Installer, 2004
Matt has
been with us since 2004. Now, a well-seasoned
installer, Matt has the distinction of being our
“memory” when all else fails. Easily navigating
return trips to repeat customers and remembering
intricate installation details is his forte`.
Additionally, his strength and endurance on those
long, tough, days makes him an asset of the highest
order to our operation. We appreciate you, Matt!
Richard Thompson,
Tent Installer, 2005
Richard came to work for us in August of 2005. He is
reliable and steady, and rounds out our team with his
amiable attitude and willingness to do what it takes
to get the job done. He continues to learn the
“ropes” and lend a helping hand to everyone on the
team. Whatever the weather, the team can rely on

Krysti Hamlin,
Administrative Assistant, 2007
Krysti joined the office staff in January of 2007. A
reliable team member, she has become an assured multi-tasker!
She handles office reception and clerical duties as
well as becoming adept at rental quotes, contracts and
customer service. She works as an invaluable
assistant to Barbara, Rick and Dean, taking pride in
